Brother Kojo needs help repairing the clock mechanism and asks you to retrieve four missing cogs (black, blue, red, white) that are located in different, easily accessible spots nearby (basement dungeon, Ardougne Zoo, near the tower). Returning the cogs allows him to fix the clock.
