Boss kills are priced per kill, raids per run, skills per level and quests per quest, so the catalog shows the cost before anything goes in the cart. Prices are fixed once agreed in chat, but stats or gear limitations can change a quote, so mention anything unusual about your account. You get the exact figure on live chat before you pay, and payment is upfront.
Your login email and password. Leave the authenticator on - we ask for the code (or a backup code) when the game requests it at login. A bank PIN is only needed on some services, and we ask for it only when the job needs it. One trainer sees your details, they are deleted as soon as the order is done, and we recommend a temporary password before the order that you change back afterwards.
Mains, pures, zerkers and every Ironman mode, including HCIM, UIM and GIM. Pures and zerkers keep their defence exactly where it is. For Ironmen, our Ironman gathering services collect supplies by hand, and for boosts and quests we either gather what the job needs or work with what you supply.
Yes. Jagex Launcher accounts work like any other: your authenticator stays on and we only ask for the code when the game requests it, usually only once per order. Backup codes work as well.
Yes. Every order comes with a private live-view link, available to you on Discord or live chat when work starts. It shows a screenshot of your account getting trained every three seconds while they're online and pauses between sessions. Nothing is shown publicly, and the screenshots are deleted when the order completes.
Yes. Using Parsec for remote connection is available on almost every service. Parsec is a remote-desktop app (think TeamViewer built for games): your trainer plays on your own PC, so no password is shared. It needs a good connection, and an extra charge may apply depending on the service. Ask on live chat before ordering and we will confirm it for the service you want.
Most orders start within an hour of confirmation, and every order starts within 24 hours. You get an exact ETA on live chat before we begin. Multi-day orders get at least six hours of play per day, with the same trainer from start to finish. If that trainer becomes unavailable mid-order, the order is usually reassigned and you are told.
Yes. Message us on live chat or in your Discord ticket and we pause the order until you are done, then carry on from where it stopped. Staying logged out between those breaks keeps the work moving.
Failed Fire Cape, Infernal Cape and Quiver attempts are retried until the cape is earned. If we can't finish an order, you get a full refund for the unfinished part. Cancel before work starts for a full refund; after work has started, cancellations are handled case by case on live chat. Refunds go back the way you paid.
