ToB is considered one of the most challenging pieces of PvM content in OSRS, significantly harder than Chambers of Xeric. It requires excellent gear, high stats, precise mechanics, and flawless team communication. Deaths heavily penalize the entire team.
While max gear (Scythe, Tbow, Shadow, Torva, etc.) provides the best experience, high-level alternatives are often acceptable depending on the team/service. Good gear is essential for contributing enough damage and surviving. Discuss your specific setup beforehand.
A successful completion means defeating all bosses from The Maiden of Sugadinti through to Verzik Vitur (Phase 3) and accessing the final reward chest.
Unique drops from the ToB chest are based on OSRS RNG (~1/9.1 chance for *any* unique roll per person in a standard run). We cannot guarantee any specific unique drop like a Scythe (~1/81.9 chance). We guarantee successful raid completions.
