Your investigation into the stolen Xerna's Diadem begins by gathering clues around the museum, leading you to the Fortis Cothon. After helping a trader crewmember repair their sails, you learn the suspect sailed to Port Sarim. Following the trail there leads you to Betty's Magic Emporium, where notes from the suspect reveal he was trying to cast Varrock Teleport. The culprit is none other than Curator Haig Halen of the Varrock Museum. You'll confront him, pickpocket a key to his storeroom to find the diadem, and then successfully interrogate him using a 'Shame-o-meter' dialogue puzzle. The quest is completed by reporting back to Curator Herminius.
