Grim Tales is a Master-level quest started by Sylas in Taverley. He asks you to retrieve two rare items: a Griffin's feather and Rupert's helmet. To get the feather, you must travel to Grimgnash the griffin on White Wolf Mountain and tell him a specific, violent bedtime story. For the helmet, you must infiltrate a tower near the Mind Altar (requiring 58 Thieving to scale the wall), communicate with the imprisoned dwarf Rupert via a drainpipe, climb his beard (requiring 59 Agility), and agree to help Princess Miazrqa retrieve her pendant from the Witch's House cellar in Taverley. This involves using a Shrink-me-quick potion (requiring 52 Herblore to make from ogleroots and Tarromin unf) to enter a mouse hole and navigate a maze. Returning the pendant frees Rupert, who gives you his helmet. Sylas then gives you magic beans to plant nearby. Climb the resulting beanstalk (requires 59 Agility again) and defeat the cloud giant Glod (Level 138). Finally, shrink the beanstalk (using another potion) and chop it down (requires 71 Woodcutting) to claim your full reward.

What items are needed?

What are the skill requirements?

While only Witch's House is needed to start, you must have or be able to boost to 45 Farming, 52 Herblore, 58 Thieving, 59 Agility, and 71 Woodcutting to perform necessary actions during the quest.

How hard is the Glod boss fight?

What is the Dwarven Helmet useful for?
