FAQ's: OSRS Knight Waves Service

Is the Camelot Training Room a quest?

It's technically a post-quest activity required after completing King's Ransom to unlock the Chivalry and Piety prayers. It doesn't award Quest Points itself.

What are the main challenges?

You must defeat eight high-level knights (110-127) sequentially using only Melee combat. Prayer, Ranged, and Magic are completely disabled. Each knight also drains specific combat stats (Attack, Strength, or Defence), requiring stat restore potions.

What stats/gear are recommended?

High melee combat stats (70+ or higher strongly recommended). Gear should focus on melee offense and defense. Weapons strong against Slash, Stab, and Crush weaknesses are beneficial. Restore potions are essential. Guthan's set can be helpful for healing.

Can I use Prayer, Ranged, or Magic?

No, these are disabled within the Camelot Training Room.

Is there a safespot or strategy?

Yes, it's possible to safespot/flinch the knights using the training dummies in the room. This involves hitting the knight and running back behind a dummy before they can retaliate. Using poisoned weapons (like DDS p++) can help speed this up. Exploiting weaknesses is also key.

What happens if I die or leave?

Dying is safe for Hardcore Ironmen. If you die, you reappear outside and can re-enter to fight the same knight you died on (progress is saved). Teleporting out also saves your progress. However, walking out the door resets your progress to the first knight.

What are Chivalry and Piety?

They are powerful overhead combat prayers unlocked by completing this activity. Chivalry (60 Prayer, 65 Defence) boosts Attack, Strength, and Defence. Piety (70 Prayer, 70 Defence) offers even higher boosts to the same stats and is considered the best melee prayer.

Can Ironmen use this service?

Yes, provided they have completed King's Ransom and have adequate melee gear, food, and restore potions for the challenge.
