How long does Meat and Greet take?

It's a short Experienced quest, typically taking 20-30 minutes. It involves dialogue, investigating supply issues, a bit of combat, and a puzzle-like recipe section.

What are the requirements for Meat and Greet?

You only need to have completed the Children of the Sun quest. There are no skill requirements to start.

What items are needed?

No items are strictly required to start. An axe is needed during the quest, but a bronze one can be obtained near Marcellus if forgotten.

How difficult is the combat?

You fight a level 113 Dire Wolf Alpha, which can be easily safespotted, and a level 193 Minotaur in the Colosseum. The Minotaur requires paying attention to its special attacks (a magic attack requiring prayer switch, and a faster attack phase requiring Protect from Melee).

What's the 'golden ratio' part?

You need to talk to three 'connoisseurs' who provide clues about the ideal ratio of meat, sauce, spice, and salad for the kebab. You deduce the correct amounts (Meat: 4, Sauce: 3, Salad: 2, Spice: 1) and tell Emelio.

What is the main reward?

Access to Emelio's Kebab Shop in Outer Fortis, which sells Varlamorian Kebabs, and 8,000 Cooking XP.

Can Ironmen use this service?

Yes. No specific items are required beforehand, and combat is manageable. An axe is the only tool needed, which can be obtained during the quest.
