How long does the Observatory Quest take?

It's a relatively short quest, typically taking 20-30 minutes. It involves gathering items, navigating a small dungeon, and interacting with NPCs.

What items are needed to start Observatory Quest?

You need 3 normal Planks, 1 Bronze bar, and 1 Molten glass. Our service includes gathering these if you don't have them.

Are there any requirements for Observatory Quest?

No, there are no skill or quest requirements to start this quest.

Is the Observatory Dungeon dangerous?

It contains chests that might spawn a Level 31 Poisonous Spider and a Level 42 Goblin Guard. The guard can be killed or simply trapped behind a pillar. Antipoison is recommended; a 1-dose superantipoison spawns nearby, and an infinite 1-dose antipoison chest is inside the dungeon.

How does the reward system work?

After fixing the telescope, you'll view a constellation. Your reward depends on which one you see (randomly assigned). All rewards include an uncut sapphire and vary from runes and items to small amounts of combat XP (Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints).

Is there protection against unwanted combat XP for Pures?

Yes, according to the OSRS Wiki, constellations rewarding combat XP will not be assigned if you are level 1 in that specific skill (implemented Nov 2018). However, if the quest was started before this date, the XP might still be assigned.

Can Ironmen use this service?

Yes. We can gather the planks, bronze bar, and molten glass (requires sand/soda ash or seaweed). All steps are performed manually.
