You need a Raw Cod, Pestle and Mortar, Bread, Knife, an empty Fishbowl, a Needle, and 3 Bronze Wire. It's recommended to bring extras of the raw cod and bread in case you burn the fishcake.

How does the diving section work?

You need to speak to Murphy in Port Khazard with an empty fishbowl. He converts it into a diving apparatus. You must have less than 27kg weight to dive. Underwater, you gather kelp and interact with Nung to get crab meat, which involves killing 5 Mudskippers for hides.

Is the combat difficult?

No. You need to kill 5 Mudskippers (Level 30/31) and one Crab (Level 21/23), both are relatively easy.

What are the main rewards?

You gain the ability to dive near Port Khazard, cook crab meat (heals 10 HP), craft crab helmet/gloves, gain XP in four skills, and further progress in the Recipe for Disaster questline.
