Started by talking to the Squire in Falador Castle's courtyard, you learn Sir Vyvin's ceremonial sword was lost. He asks you to find an Imcando dwarf, the only race capable of making a replacement. You'll travel to find Reldo in Varrock Palace library, journey south to Port Sarim to find Thurgo the Imcando dwarf, gather specific ingredients (redberry pie, iron bars, blurite ore from the dangerous Asgarnian Ice Dungeon), and have Thurgo smith the sword. Delivering it back to the Squire yields the reward.
