Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire is a Grandmaster quest continuing the Zarosian and Mahjarrat storylines. Following mysterious events linked to the Ancient Vault, you investigate four ancient ruins tied to the Mahjarrat civil war (Lassar Undercity, Ghorrock Prison, Carrallanger tomb, Dareeyak ruins). Each location features intricate puzzles, environmental challenges, lore revelations, and culminates in a fight against one of four incredibly powerful bosses: Duke Sucellus, Vardorvis, The Leviathan, and The Whisperer. Defeating all four allows access to the Ancient Vault and sets the stage for future conflicts.

It's one of the longest quests, taking 4-6 hours or more. This is heavily influenced by the time taken to defeat the four extremely challenging bosses.

What items are needed?

High-end combat gear for multiple styles (Melee, Ranged, Magic) is essential. Extensive supplies (food, brews, restores, stamina, etc.) are required. Specific items like Lockpicks, Tinderbox, Chisel, Hammer, Pickaxe, etc. are also needed for puzzles. Our service REQUIRES you provide top-tier combat gear and ample supplies.

How hard are the quest bosses?

Extremely hard. Duke Sucellus (Level 538 quest version), Vardorvis (572), The Leviathan (593), and The Whisperer (587) are complex, multi-phase fights demanding high stats, gear, and mechanical skill. They are significantly harder than most other quest bosses. Our boosters are among the best PvMers.

What are the post-quest bosses?

After the quest, you can fight stronger versions of Duke, Vardorvis, Leviathan, and Whisperer for unique loot, including Virtus Robes pieces and components to upgrade the Ancient Sceptre and create Soulreaper Axe/Bellator Ring/Magus Ring.

Can Ironmen use this service?

Yes, BUT Ironmen absolutely MUST provide their own best-in-slot combat gear, a very large amount of high-tier food/potions, and all necessary utility items. This is one of the most demanding quests gear-wise.
